On January 14, 2019 Fr. Charles Albanese was unanimously elected Abbot of St. Benedict’s Monastery in Snowmass, CO.  He succeeds Fr. Joseph Boyle, who had passed to the Lord on October 21, 2018.  Fr. Joseph had served as spiritual father and leader of the monastic community at Snowmass for more than thirty-three years.
